Platform

Our Service Delivery Platform is composed of four major components that all work together: ELSA™ our interpretation device; our wireless network; our call centers; and our Network Operations center. Our interpretation platform is designed to provide timely, cost effective, anytime, anywhere interpretation services. Immediate and accurate communication between individuals can save lives in a healthcare environment, assist first responders in emergency situations, help banks and financial services companies better serve their customers and assist governments in implementing services for the Limited English Proficient.   

RTT Interpretation Device - ELSA™

ELSA™ is our proprietary device.  ELSA™ is approximately two inches by four inches and is designed to be rugged, light, small and worn on the body, which supports hands–free communication and weighs approximately four ounces. ELSA™ can be attached to a belt, shirt or hung around the user’s neck, and an ear piece works in combination with the device or can be used separately with a future Blue Tooth adapter. Both ELSA™ and the ear piece will have an ergonomic fit that enhances the ability to use our service for long periods. Unlike other interpretation systems, our device will not require voice recognition software, bulky laptops or awkward telephone interpretation relay boxes. Instead, ELSA™ incorporates a software and hardware based system that utilizes a highly refined speaker and microphone technology. With one button push ELSA™ provides the integrative ability to connect directly to interpreters with both speed and clarity.

Wireless Network

Our network consists of several existing infrastructures, including the cellular network, the internet and other public communication networks. The cellular network provides a wireless communication link from ELSA™ to our call centers. The internet and other wire–line communication networks provide communication links between our control center and our customers for reporting and other support services. 

Call Center

Our interpretation services are provided by an integrated network of call centers that will support our platform. Our call centers link the users of ELSA™ with their counterpart in need of interpretation. The call center interpreter executes each customer request for interpretation services from ELSA™ and returns translated dialogue to the parties. Our call centers are operated with the goal of automating nearly all customer requests and maintaining a database of information that is valuable to our customers. We operate 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.

Customer Interface

Our platform customer interface will serve as a tool for customers to gain reporting information without the assistance of an RTT employee. By simply accessing the internet, customers will be able to access reporting capabilities and replay recorded interpreted conversations on demand stored in our Audio Vault™. Our system is designed to be user–friendly with a graphical user interface that operates on a standard personal computer equipped with industry standard web–browser capability. Using simple point and click commands, the user will be able to obtain information to handle their specific information needs.
